This letter is to share the great experience my husband and I had working with Britt Miller and Steelhead Residential a few months ago.

When we started thinking about buying a home, Britt met with my husband and I to review our finances and see what the range of prices we could afford, so that we knew where to focus our house search. Britt went through various scenarios and explained what our monthly and annual expenses would look like, so that we could plan accordingly.

It took my husband and I two years to find our dream home, and through the process Britt never pressured us. He used to email us information regarding interest rate changes, different aspects and changes in the real-estate market both in the U.S and the Bay Area in particular, but we never felt pressured to buy at any point.

My nephew heard that I was about to refinance a property that I hold for income. My nephew repeatedly recommended and spoke highly of a loan broker he knew, Britt Miller from Steelhead Residential. I agreed to call Britt in hopes that my nephew would no longer pester me.
